Granted, but realize, ITEK has not yet put out any news, all they did was file a PRE14C. "We" were buying on the 25th, after they filed on the 24th. Here are the first two posts on IHUB since December. The first link is on the Toxic thread concerning the r/s: investorshub.com The second, is Steve who actually had read the filing and put two and two together.
