I did some calculation, CHNR origional share = 1.25 million, plus 86.4% of 1.25 million = 1.08 million, plus warrant for additional 4.5 million sh.

Altogether, the outstanding shares will go to 6.83 million shares (from 1.25 million).

Although the FeiShang Group asset will also add a lot of value for the company.
