that would be one explanation just back from a country where the chronically sick currency (know as peso) is rising against us dollar, even as the dollar rises in celebration of the increased burden on borrowers, and as the canadian dollar rises against the us dollar, and as gold/silver rises against the canadian dollar truly a happy chain of events while i was vacationing
