I simply thought it was a cute quote and commonly recognized, Creede - there was no literary reference intended. I never got around to reading any of Paine's material; that kind of stuff generally bores me to tears. When it comes to what's in The Book, I have a Thompson's chain reference with the Concordance included + maps. I don't think one needs much else, if your pastor has the Greek and Hebrew back-up references. Perhaps "..always darkest before the dawn.." would have been more appropriate, or at least less negatively connotative in your case. It's odd, but if VWKM does any of what they say they can - they might just pull something off; hard to tell. Media and telecom companies, the QBID debacle excepted of course, are funny like that. I bought some VKWM when you brought it up, but sold it when they didn't seem to have time to return calls. Re: PLNI, lets summon the Council of Capo's in a few weeks and see what everyone thinks.
