I believe the largest bomb the Soviets ignited was about 60 Megatons "only" back in 1963 or so.
That was 5 years before the nuclear fall out pMC (percentage modern radio carbon) maxed out at about 189 from index 100 in 1950. It's now back to about 107.

Interesting stuff used in modern forensics to determine the age of human remains in cases where the deceased was born after 1950.
