I'm not aware of any proceeds anticipated from the stock split -- what do you mean? And I'm not aware of anything on the M&A front, either, are you? In fact, Sun has apparently decided to repurchase its stock rather than go acquiring (although it could do both).

Note that my speculation re $100 was followed by a <vbg>! Right now I'd be happy if it would just get back up to (and hopefully punch through) the 52 week high.
