Hi Steve,

Q3 10Q gives the details on the building. Interesting deal. Novell owns the land. The folks that are doing the building put up all the money and will starting renting it to Novell when it's completed. Novell can buy the building at cost anytime they want after it's done or at not more than 85% of cost when the lease expires. Novell has control of how much is spent to build it. Not such a bad deal.
