PLUG - the good news is that the Nov-Dec rally was an impulse, which gives bulls hope. The bad news is the sell off of the past few days, which created overlaps and threatens to break down. In short, hard to tell. If the stock takes out the recent Dec low, it would mean that it isn't going anyplace North in the near future. At least that how the odds would be.
