I believe your info on Sprint PCS is faulty. You can get a few bits of info on the Qualcomm board, but suffice it to say that they are getting so much business on their initial build-outs that they have quickly exceeded projected capacity. Also, the CDMA based PCS carriers need much less in the way of infrastructure than analog, or even TDMA based digital systems--there were references to increased amount of infrastructure in previous posts.
