OT/ I have no idea when AA and Shack swapped off, though Shack was one of the co-folk on the thread from day one, I believe. AA left for business reasons, as they say, but as you know, still lurks here (and we'd all say doesn't post enough). The thread is still the best one around for me, so the passing of the guard isn't one of those events that's burned in my mind at all.
Frankly, I gotta say I don't know why it would matter when it happened. The point is... it happened, and this is today's thread. I like it here, and that's largely due to Shack's ability to allow discussion but NOT allow stupidity <g>. Seriously, I would never want to moderate a thread and, while we all agree we can do a better job here, I think when push comes to shove we do just fine.
