AIPNW(warrants) are exchangeable at $4.00, and also callable.
In order to be callable, the common AIPN stock have to be at $8.00 a share or above for a period of 30 days before the company can recall them. Also...if the share falls below $8.00 anytime with in the 30 days, the count will start all over again.(Exaple: AIPN shares are $8.00 or more, for 25 days..at the 26th day the stock goes down at $7.00 only for one day. next day goes up to $8.00> the 30 days count will start all over again from that day (The
27th) Sorry if it's a bit confusing. I think the expiration date is March 30 1998, I wont worry too much about the expiration date. If the common doesn't reach $4.00 by then. ( which I believe it will be very..very soon) some company will usually postpone the exipiration to a later date.
