Sorry Steve, I'm abit confused. Does such an announcement mean that the stock is already sold, is going to be sold at a price, will be sold at any price, etc. I guess that if the stock is going to be sold then the sorry performance of the stock today might reflect that fact...i.e, there is a large over supply. Can't figure out though why the stock was supported so well yesterday with a buyer taking all available at the range I depicted, mostly in very large blocks. Sure hope things right themselves quickly...these low price stocks have a habit I think of going South if things are perceived in the wrong way. An arguement can be made for not being too" cute" when there are good things to say. This isn't General Electric quite yet. Bob: Are the technical indicators still valid? Elliot
