Rove will hopefully be indicted for treason any day now. He's guilty of exposing the covert CIA agent Plame's name to the press, along with Libby and Cheney. Possibly others as well. Only Fitzgerald knows when such an indictment will be handed down. But it could happen any day now. Rove is one of the Bushies who deserves life in prison for harming the American democracy. Actually a firing squad or hanging would be even more suitable.
