3rd world countries will suffer less impact if society collapses. I thought kris b point was that no they wont - we will go in and take whatever productive capacity they have and they can eat our boot! While chavez gives 1 million guns to his citizens - pinball wiz fires up 20 drone controlled b-52s and brings some shock and awe submission into the farmers life! No change in life style for the dirt poor farmer. Well if he doesn't do what the big boys want - they send ACE from MEGAFORCE over to whack them in the head chuck norris style or send b52 precision bomb on thier house! Best to marry an educated SA girl and buy the farm next door to her folks. Blend in...learn the local lingo. -g- Put up a Chavez poster. EGADS EL MAT - why I want to marry your daughter and live next to her when b-52 about to drop nice big bomb that make the whole area go up in big bang!! Your idea WORKED in founding father days and ROMAN times before b52 and satellites - that is what I am saying - technology has changed the game. It's either that or stay and keep your mouth shut. The third option(stay and protest) is probably a 'dead' end street. I think chavez and iran guy perhaps gonna find running your mouth and saying DOWN WITH THE BEAST maybe not so smart long term. As I have posted before, I went to bahamas in 2000, met many ex pats from USA and Britain and such and they all said it aint like the old days - you could FLEE the opression of your home country and get away - but not anymore. IRS man gonna find you on your small farm in south america and send chuck norris in to whack you - maybe if you had spaceship and flew to mars you could get away - Remember Captain nemo - he was pretty smart guy - but they even found his ass eventually - Olympic bomber went out into the woods - but they got him after 5 years - Bin Laden - well he the exception to the rule - but for how long?
