Ted, Yeah, well, when 80º lows for the year become common in the OC and 90º weather becomes normal weather in January, let's talk again about the good aspects of global warming.

By then, maybe the Pacific Northwest won't be so rainy, and whatever house you end up buying this year will be worth three times as much. ;-)
