don't know specifics.. however, suppliers usually rent shelf space in a store. the suppliers are usually responsible for stocking the product, taking obsolete stuff off shelf. In return the store gets the shelf space rent and margin for mag sales. It is in the interest of the distributor to stock the limited space with fastest moving mags. I expect if you do not find a mag in a retail store it is because of lack of demand. Limited space , most profitable mags go in this space.

if interested in a mag best to go right to the source and sign up for mail delivery if not available in stores.
