overall, a good, positive conference call.
course, that's easy with the way this company is going!!!!!
management is understandably very upbeat. there strategy is performing on plan.

there were 13 analysts with questions in the Q & A.
good questions and participation.

company stated there are good increases in the customer loyalty programs. and also in the in-house credit cards issued.
plans are for 10-15% growth in 'net stores' going forward; with
back fill in the 20 states Braun's is currently operating in.
TURN-AROUND IS NOW COMPLETE. focus is now on growing the company.
this is 4th consecutive Q of strong comps and positive earnings.
there are now 180 stores operating....possibility of 1 more new store
and 1 to close the rest of this fye.
cash @ 7.3 million
none drawn-down on the revolver line-of-credit.
very strong balance sheet.
AHEAD OF PLAN AND AHEAD OF STREET ESTIMATES.
COMPANY IS COMFORTABLE WITH STREET ESTIMATES.
very minimal impact from the UPS strike.
currently tracking $165-170 on sales-per-square-foot basis.
plan is to drive sales-per-sq-foot to $200 in the next 3 years.
store traffic is up. they have excellent mall locations.
the increase in store traffic is generating increasing # of sales
tickets. there is also a smaller increase in the average take per ticket.
tax rate is now @ 38%.

this does it for my take on the CC.
late action today drove the offer to $15....should go over this price tomorrow, with any follow through.
HAVE SOME PATIENCE....MY GUY IS TELLING ME THERE IS SOMETHING MORE TO COME.....I ALSO LOOK FOR ANAYLST EARNINGS INCREASES SOMETIME IN THE NEAR FUTURE.....THEY HAVE THE TEAMWORK WITH THE COMPANY WORKING WELL.
