It is the reading between the lines that one has to be good at. So if, read the following from the release,

"Kevin O'Neill has resigned as Chief Financial Officer to assume the position of interim Chief Executive Officer during the Company's previously announced executive search for a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead the Company to the next stage of its development and to drive its growth in the global market for the F.A.S.T. 1(TM) System. Mr. Steve Law, controller of the Company, has assumed the position of CFO effective January 26, 2006"

SOOOOOOO,
O'Neill has resigned as CFO and Law assumed the position as CFO. What happens when they find a full time CEO. Is O'Neill leaving, will everyone return to their old positions.
Usually one would see, The CFO has assumed the responsibilities of CEO for the interim. O'Neill is the new full time CEO
