i guess my point is owner/manager do not care. if large grocery chain store manager has little input. basically distributor is renting space from store chain. it is his space. distributor sets up what will sell in the space. distributor may have lots of mags he could put out there and it may vary from one neighborhood to another. i did mention to store manager not enough ibdaily papers at one chain and he mentioned it to paper guy. in this case the papers were gone before 10am each day. i notice some days additional papers were there and some not. i do not think this is censorship but profits.
