HARRISON, Maine, Feb 06, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Strategy X Inc., (Pink Sheets: SRGX), homeland security specialists, makes the following statement in regards to the cancelled $2,500,000 Homeland Security contract with Communication Solutions, Inc for the state of Maine. Strategy X Inc. was to provide system engineering, program management as well as write and submit subsequent follow-on state and federal grants.

The original announcement dated January 12, 2006 was made based on an agreement made between the two companies. Strategy X Inc. had received verbal approval from Communication Solutions, Inc. management on both the agreement and the subsequent news release. Strategy X Inc. has now discovered that Communication Solutions, Inc. management has denied the approval of the agreement and the subsequent news release. Strategy X Inc. relied on their approvals to disclose the information to the public. Strategy X Inc is currently reviewing its legal recourse against Communication Solutions, Inc.

Lewis, President and CEO stated, "Our companies had an agreement to move forward on this contract, we put out the news on their word to allow our investors and interested parties to see what we are working on. Although we now understand that there was a misrepresentation by Communication Solutions, Inc. management we have exhausted all means to move forward with Communication Solutions, Inc. and the contract but no further agreements could be reached. This is not the type of business Strategy X conducts and because Communication Solutions, Inc. management has chosen to conduct business in this manner it is better that we do not do business with them. We have informed our attorney on this matter and we are assessing our options."
