For your consideration....

UTILITY CORP (Tor - UTC)

Invested in 17 Utilities such as BCE; BC Gas; Bruncor; Consumers Gas;
Nova Scotia Power; Westcoast Energy plus Bonds from the same type of companies.

A DIVIDEND of $.125 (CDN) per share is paid monthly with an extra dividend paid in August of each year. This works out to 4.4% based on the Sept 12 close of $34.15 (CDN).

Annual dividends per share 1995 - $1.532 1996 - $1.548 1997 - $1.567

The monthly dividend is great for those investors who require monthly income. If interest rates continue to drop the utility stocks should continue an upward trend.

One caveat - This company is expected to be wound up May 18,1998 with all proceeds being paid out to shareholders.

Regards
John
