The laborer can do different sorts of labor. If anything, he has more choice. I don't think you are even closing to seeing the picture I am painting. There is a movie you might see. It's interesting for the language too, it's in english but it takes awhile to realize that because of heavy jamaca accents. It's called The Harder they Come. On one level it lays out the Jamaca record industry in the time that Reggae was becoming popular. It showed how the record companies would pay small flat fees to singer/songwriters, and then gain all the profits if the song was a hit.
