Straffelovens § 140 - "Den, der offentlig driver spot med eller forhåner noget her i landet lovligt bestående religionssamfunds troslærdom eller gudsdyrkelse, straffes med fængsel indtil fire måneder eller under formildende omstændigheder med bøde".

Anyone that publicly mocks or insults a legally recognized religion's beliefs or worship of god shall be punished with up to 4 months prison or, under extenuating circumstances, with a fine.

Closer to 5%. The guidelines for what is printed are set by the editor in chief. The editor in chief is hired by the board of directors.
