mikie- i saw her on c-span yesterday (before or during the big game -maybe halftime?) she was sitting on a panel speaking on issues of the day. she was openly encouraged to run for the senate. she certainly could get elected - she's the epitome of the passionately motivated, idealistic, honest, just and politically uncompromised representatives that we common people are always in search of. usually, people like that only get as far as their neighborhood or city government as representatives before the money, the special interests and the good 'ol boys get their claws into them. i hope she makes a run for it. -polvo
