It's got a great skyline because a lot of the architecture is recent and state of the art. And in no traffic a 15 minute drive can get you pretty far. With zero traffic you can probably drive from the Bay Bridge across all of San Francisco to the Pacific ocean in 15-20 minutes if memory serves me right. That's the Bay to Breakers run, and I think its only ~6-7 miles. I think the population of the whole country is about 4 million, and once you leave the cities you are in the desert, so the cities are pretty much where the action is. Dubai probably has a population of a little less that one million. After the below campaign, the population may drop by about 200,000.....
