Was either China or Cuba in violation of multiple violations of UN Security Council directives? We both know the answer. The world had acknowledged that Iraq under Saddam was rouge state. While Cubans would be better off by quantum leaps if we were to liberate the Western 99% of the island, the UN has not aligned behind the agreement that Cuba is a rouge state. Neither has the UN agreed that China is a rouge state.

When a person resolves to make the world a better place one should first survey to see what is possible to achieve.

Iraq's links with Al Queda and history of use of WMDs made it much easier.

It is interesting to not that when lefwingers are not obsessed with criticizing the administration they acknowledge that democratic Iraq is a much better world citizen.
