I find it hard to believe that all the people on SI have logically decided to be illogical so they can be pawns of some faction of the right. I think it's much simpler to believe that they believe what they post. I've seen no evidence that they don't. I agree with you that it is propaganda, but the first consumers of it were the people who post it now on SI. I'm sure there are cynics in the WH who don't believe the crap the WH puts out, but I wouldn't want to try to identify the cynics from the true believers.
