Today's response in the stock price to SW's earning report was very encouraging. Clearly, SW is on track. Consumer title sales did well despite the loss of entertainment sales. One thing SW needs to work on though is gross margin, its cost of sales is way too high. Should be in the 25-40% of revenues range so GM would be in the 60-75% area. Don't know why, but SW has traditionally had a very high cost of sales relative to other CDROM title software cos. Looking forward to further progress by Charlotte Walker and her team. They definitely have my support!
