No news but ASIS has been building a base with higher highs and higher lows. Technically looks good. Since the NYNEX and BELL ATLANTIC merger went through ASIS should be getting some nice work shortly. ASIS had good relations with both companies and the CFO told me they were in contact with them every day. It's hard to predict when an announcement might come but this could be a real shot in the arm. In the meantime there have been a lack of sellers and some steady buying in sizes of 10,000 sh blocks. The stock is so thin it could get to 11 real soon where it might run into some resistance. Clearly, the job industry is growing and forecasts for hiring in the Fall are very upbeat. ASIS should have some positive things to say even if this is a down quarter as pre-announced. Hold tight, we're going higher!
