I don't think I missed the point. Perhaps the problem is that I've been challenging you obliquely by asking you to explain rather than assert that you're imagining things. <g>

it is not fair for a worker to get a perpetual payment for his contribution, and by extension it is not fair for any contributor to get a perpetual payment for a single contribution.

I can only repeat my last post. You have not demonstrated any perpetual payment for a single contribution. Give me an example. Put some dollars in it. Contribution, payment, timing. Joe makes X contribution and gets paid Y dollars at Z time. Maybe I can see it that way.
