I have a friend who thinks it is the goal of muslims to kill and subjugate infidels, and therefore he concludes we must nuke mecca.

So I asked him to do some simple math, if only 1 in 100 muslims managed to kill a measly 1 non-muslim in the average year, what would be the death toll per year?

I think that comes to 10,000,000 dead non-muslims per year.

I don't know how many they actually kill in a year, but if it were 10,000,000, I think someone would notice ... that's more than the number of jews the germans killed in the holocaust. And lord knows they were highly efficient, motivated murderers.

So I ask him what is the problem? Are the muslims lazy? Not sufficiently motivated? Why aren't they making more progress in their alleged goal, and given that they appear to be slackers in the mass murder department, must we still nuke mecca?
