I have a very strong Christian upbringing. Five years of church school, Sunday school for ten years, you name it. I also like to read the Bible for no particular reason. And the only true Christian presdient in our lifetimes is Jimmy Carter. Not a single Republican president has been even halfway Christ-like. because they always defend the very rich against the poor and middleclass. That is their #1 priority in fact. You know Jesus was quite a revolutionary against the elite greedy special interests and hypocrites. He despised exactly the types running the Bush GOP and the religious right now. Greedy, corrupt, duplicitous, selfish and two-faced. Jesus would definitely campaign against Bush. If JEsus came back today you guys would call him a commie traitor and string him up. Just like you called war heros McCain, Kerry and Cleland traitors. All to defend tax cuts to the rich and corporate gougers. No other reason.
