I like this because the smaller IHS from earlier this year followed through and made it's measurement, now this bigger formation is complexing with the chance for another double from this level... or a bit lower. Earnings are out of the way, and a low volume consolidation above the important rising 200 ma's could be the final ingredient. Cyclically speaking the mkt should remain under pressurre for the next month or so, so looking out that far this could be a decent play to keep in the watchlists fwiw
