======== The Answeres ==========

1. Ken Parsons has never worked for CSGI or help structure, develop, instruct, or in any shape, way or form contribute anything to the ConSyGen Toolset.

2. No one single individual has developed the Consygen toolset. Anything that has been developed so far by any person or persons working for ConSyGen, falls under the intellectual property of ConSyGen Inc.

3. ConSyGen has never had any kind of access to any of Ken Parson's toolsets and has never received any documentation or other information regarding the structure of or any other aspects of his toolsets.

4. The Consygen toolset is a completely separate entity. It is NOT a newer version of a toolset that any person has rights to or has developed.

5. The CAST toolset (Computer Assisted Software Translator) toolset has nothing to do with
ConSyGen's toolset and is in no way connected with any aspects of ConSyGen's toolset.

ALL OF THIS CAN BE VERIFIED BY CALLING ConSyGen Inc. 602-496-4545

ask for Ron Bishop or Jeff Richards.

May I suggest that if anyone should be worried about legal action it should be Mr. Ken Parsons. I would strongly suggest you do some further due diligence before you make such untrue remarks on this or any other thread. If anyone sees Mr. Parson himself make such claims, please post them to me so I may forward them to CSGI's legal counsel

Thank you.
