Could be. OIH retraced 50% of the advance since late January in (so far) a 3 wave decline. In the process of tracing out a hammer on the daily. But it also broke an (hourly) H&S, and in the smaller wiggles seems to be still consolidating. Maybe it's ready, but I'd be afraid to buy for now... will wait... either for strength, or for bottoming at lower levels.
