NANX.....anyone holding this might like this news released earlier today: Nanophase Tech announces notification of U.S. patent allowance 12:17 PM EST February 8, 2006 Co announces that the US Patent and Trademark Office Co has posted notification that it will allow the co's U.S. Patent Application. Based on the posted notification of allowance, NANX expects that this patent will be formally issued later this year. This is a catalyst application patent employing core-shell technology.
