Maybe I am confused, but it seems to me that's what I was saying-- they ARE two different questions, . . . No doubt my text was confused; I've got several things going on around me this morning. I agree with that but I find the talk which wishes to put down the argument about rights is not so much about that but more about policy. As in "we should have not have single payer health insurance for all because, grumble, grumble, grumble, it should not be a right."
