Shawn, The news from Cypress the past several weeks is pretty interesting. I listened a couple of months ago to one of the analyst conferences and they really played up the PSoC as part of their chip strategy. I think it was this part of the Cypress business that Simtek was going to help with. It would be nice if one of these news items would mention this. Might give Simtek a boost(I post this because I know that you are also into Simtek). Neal
