No, we just disagree on the politics of this, Karen. I think folk like Williams write these kinds of op ed pieces to kill, not the idea of the right, but the policy it would implement. If not, they would carefully note the difference between the two and that their attacking the first in no way addresses the second.

As for a "right to transfer payments", what in the world do you think the government is about anyway. It's called taxes. The very existence of government depends on it's "right" to collect taxes.
