C'mon. If you don't believe you have responsibilities under the Constitution, and the laws that flow therefrom...then I suppose it would be hypocritical for you to talk about Rights under the Constitution? Really--think about what you are suggesting...

When you break the law you are indebted to all your fellow citizens whom are born into Constitutional Rights. When you (for example) rape a child and society subsequently comes to your door in order to arrest you--it is NOT a debt created by society (WE THE PEOPLE)--it is a DEBT created by YOU. The entire concept of accountability rests upon the social agreement (and the objective FACT) that people are responsible for their actions.
