Tokyo VD, I can totally understand your reason for keeping your sources confidential and I don't mean to rag on you. What I am confused about is did your source ever convey to you what the negative news was pertaining to or did he just tell you negative news would be forthcoming. Why won't your source tell you the news if he knew? In retrospect do you think he may have set you up? Did he in fact tell you about the advertizing campaign or are you just giving him credit because that was the only news that came out of those meetings when the advertizing agency put a small blurb in the Wall Street Journal. Vivus Investors Relations considered it a non event and refused to make mention of it. I'm sorry you missed the big move. What is preventing you from going long at this time? RT
