Even Garmin - the largest GPS maker facing tens competitors and inevitablly dropping profit margin - comes with a PE and Price/Revenue ratio 24 and 7 - even higher than NVT. The price of a Garmin Nuvi will go down to $300-400 from $800 in 12-24 month. By contrast, an upgrade MAP for Garmin iQue 3600 costs $75 now and the map's profit margin will not change a lot with time. What should we own?
