OIC. Well, I certainly hope that progressives knock off being so dark and brooding and pessimistic and, for a nice change, start becoming more optimistic about what everyone can do for the future.

From what I see, Republicans, including head-cheerleader-George, are becoming more pessimistic as events turn against them. They can, afer all, only keep up the cheerleading for so long before it begins to look absurd and totally blind.

If progressives can find a "can-do" candidate like Clinton with a big smile, a Reagan-like absurd sunniness, there's a chance to kick out the Republicans from at least one House of Congress.

I have noticed that progressive talk radio is about 70% pessimism and 30% optimism. This is a bad ratio. It should be about 90% optimism and 10% realism.

:)

It took me awhile to figure out why too much of Air America is depressing especially in the middle of winter.
