Fellow KRY'ers:

This last press release by Placer really takes the cake. It looks
like they are going to go to the wall with this, and will burn in
flames, or continue the saga. I can't blame Crystallex for going
out of their way to avoid a deal with them at this point.

I would like to ask rhetorically: What exactly are they going to
report to the media once the ruling is rendered in Crystallex's
favor? What spin can they put on that?

Let's hope that we have that opportunity: to once again ask
Placer what they think of the Supreme court ruling once it is in,
on behalf of KRY.
