I don't think you understand my point.

No, I think it's illegal to smoke pot, and I don't think you should do it in your home or any place else.

I also think it is illegal to smoke pot, and I wasn't arguing that people should smoke it (with or without laws against it). In fact I wasn't even arguing against such laws.

I was arguing that smoking pot is not an attack against society. I was not arguing that smoking pot it smart, legal, respectful, a good idea, should be legal, or should be done.

If you think that smoking pot is not an attack against society than you are not really disagreeing with my argument.

For the record I do believe pot should be legal, but that belief wasn't part of my argument. Also for the record I have never smoked pot (even when I went to Amsterdam), and probably never will whether or not it is made legal.
