Yep.. but religion is a creation of mankind, not of God.

God tells us the rules of life.. Such as the Golden Rule..

And if more people followed that rule, we'd have less hatred and war.

But I'm also not opposed to taking a "wooden rule" to violators. For even though I would rather treat people by the golden rule, I'm not fool enough to believe that others think the same way.
