This case gets more and more interesting. I haven't been following it closely in the last week, so forgive me if this was already explained, but my first question is How did PLSIA get your real name? I thought that Westergaard said he put the bouty out for his own purposes, and that PLSIA wasn't involved in finding out your identity. But now they apparently have it, so do you know how they got it?

Another interesting point about this - on SI it is possible to have more than one person with the same screen name (I asked Jill to fix this, but I don't think it was done). And there was recently a problem on the AOL Iomega boards with someone impersonating another by substituting a capital I for a lowercase L in a screenname. And we all know the internet is not secure, so it's possible for someone to capture your password and log on to SI (or AOL) and post in your account. What I'm getting at is it would be hard to prove that you actually posted all of the posts in your name.
