I've wasted probably an hour watching parts of reality shows. The activities are probably real (eating bugs, etc.) but I agree the overall reality is just plain fake. The part of reality shows that I object to is that they teach the wrong values to our youngsters. Winning by voting out your competition is not the way to go.
