Greetings from the O.C. I smelled something burning, so I went to get water. Another bottle of water from Tropical Beverage’s home office. This one with the spin label.

I had a brief but pleasant chat with Chris Lotito, CFO this time. It appears all things are going well at the company, but there apparently is a group of investors (one of which was a previous employee) that is purposely trying to drive the stock down for their own personal gain. It’s a long story, but suffice it to say that TPBV is fighting in the courts to prevent them from doing so. This same group also is preventing the Co. from putting out some positive announcements that would have or should drive the price back up a little. The company has a few big contracts in the works that should be announced soon, but Chris was unable to divulge with whom. Chris mention some plans for expansion as soon as the new contracts are inked. He also briefly mentioned the reasons the Co. hasn’t jumped to the OTC – more problems with the investor group that should be resolved in the near future. He sees the drop in price as an opportunity to personally to buy some shares as well as the company to buy some back. Overall, I left with a better impression than I did the first time I visited. I was even invited back anytime to talk further.

I definitely do not think it’s time to panic. I may even buy some more shares for myself!!!

GO TPBV!!!!!
