The three month yields the same as the 30, even more amazing, given the low nominal rates. In 1994 you had high nominal rates in that inversion, makes this one bizarre. The plan must be for FCBs to refi most of the housing resets into fixed, truly epic. Get ready for a Greenscam speech on this in his new role as "consultant". Grist for a future blog post for me.
